(EPS, Steer-by-Wire, etc.), ensuring functional consistency and traceability.\nDefine and document system and software functional requirements, considering steering control strategies, operating modes, performance targets, and safety constraints.\nDesign system and software functional architectures for steering control functions, including interfaces, signals, and data flows.\nDevelop and optimize steering control algorithms using Model-Based Design with MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow.\nContribute to the development of steering functions such as steering assistance, torque control, position control, steering feel, and fault management.\nPerform model verification and validation activities, including static analysis and Model-in-the-Loop (MiL) testing.\nGenerate embedded C code and ensure compliance with applicable coding standards (e.g., MISRA-C).\nPerform Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) testing to verify control algorithms against system and software requirements.\nSupport software integration and validation on steering ECUs, including debugging and root cause analysis.\nCollaborate with system, software, hardware, and validation teams throughout the V-cycle to ensure functional consistency, traceability, and quality.\nYOUR PROFILE:\nMaster's degree or Engineering degree in Embedded Systems, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of professional experience in automotive system and/or software development, including hands-on experience with steering systems (EPS, Steer-by-Wire, or similar technologies).\nMandatory experience in steering control functions, control algorithms, or system architecture.\nStrong knowledge of automotive control systems, including closed-loop control, torque and position control, and feedback strategies.\nSolid experience in system and software requirements analysis, functional architecture design, and V-cycle development.\nExperience in Model-Based Design using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow, particularly for control algorithm development.\nGood understanding of MiL/SiL testing, embedded C code generation, and software integration.\nFamiliarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN/CAN-FD) and functional safety standards (ISO 26262).\nExperience in technical coordination, customer interactions, or technical leadership is considered an asset.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage complex technical topics.\nExcellent communication skills in French and English.\nWe offer\nBe part of our
