This role spans operational coordination and IT support, making it ideal for someone who is comfortable working across both people and systems. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining broad exposure that is rarely available this early in a career.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Operations\nSupport the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities across the business.\nCoordinate schedules, track task progress, and follow up on open items across teams.\nAssist in documenting processes, standard operating procedures, and internal workflows.\nHelp organize team events and manage general office administration.\nSupport cross-functional projects by keeping things moving and flagging blockers early.\nAssist other supporting functions such as HR and finance as and when needed.\nIT Support\nProvide first-line IT support to the team, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.\nCoordinate with vendors and suppliers for device procurement, repairs, and service engagements.\nAssist with IT onboarding and offboarding of team members, including device setup, access provisioning, and account management.\nMaintain an up-to-date inventory of company devices and software licenses.\nSupport the administration of productivity tools, communication platforms, and cloud services used across the business.\nResearch and recommend tools or process improvements to enhance operational and IT efficiency.\nAssist with IT security hygiene, ensuring the team stays aligned with company device and access policies.\nNote: As you settle in, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities based on your strengths and the evolving needs of the team.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.\nComfortable working with computers and troubleshooting everyday tech issues.\nOrganized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks without losing track of the details.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficient with office productivity tools such as\nGoogle Workspace or Microsoft 365.\nFamiliarity with project management or ticketing tools is an advantage.\nA proactive attitude and a genuine interest in how businesses
