We offer a flexible hybrid working environment, industry-leading planning tools and the chance to make a real impact within a global organisation.\nWhat's in it for you?\nAlong with offering a competitive salary package, we also offer:\nA welcoming team environment where everyone is working toward the same goal.\nA strong open-door policy within management\nAn environment where you will be given the tools and opportunities to further your career\nPension scheme\nHealth Cash Plan\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays with option to buy additional holiday\nFree Onsite Parking and free Gym facility\n Flexible homeworking\nReward schemes\nWhat you will be doing:\nManaging ERP Planning Parameters\nDeveloping and maintaining demand forecasts across your product portfolio.\nMonitoring demand trends, forecast performance and inventory health.\nOptimising planning parameters to balance customer service, availability and inventory investment.\nSupporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through analysis and insight.\nExecuting Strategic Stock Investments\nPartner with Product Management to execute inventory strategies that support margin growth and mitigate cost increases.\nUse market and business data to identify stock investment opportunities and availability gaps.\nOptimise purchase order scheduling in line with demand, supply and market conditions.\nMonitor investment performance to maximise commercial and customer outcomes.\nDelivering Continuous Improvement\nDriving improvements in forecasting processes, planning methodologies and system utilisation.\nWorking with ERP System to maximise forecasting accuracy and planning effectiveness.\nLeading and supporting cross-functional projects that improve business performance and efficiency.\nDeveloping new processes and ways of working across the Asset Management function.\nWhat we are looking for:\nExperience in forecasting, inventory planning and supply chain disciplines, including DRP and MRP principles.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nThe ability to influence, collaborate and build strong working relationships across the organisation.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nA proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.\nKnowledge of SQL Server Management Studio is desirable but not essential\nExcellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
