You will work with customers, account managers, and AMD specialists to understand product ideas, evaluate solutions, and move projects forward.\nThis is a work-from-home role. You must be comfortable working autonomously while also co-creating solutions online with peers.\nWe welcome recent graduates with a strong passion for technology and AI as well as experienced applicants. What matters most is your curiosity, initiative, ability to learn, and enthusiasm for helping customers solve problems.\nWhat you’ll do\nLearn about customers’ products and goals, then help connect them with suitable AMD technologies and specialist support.\nBuild relationships with new and existing customers through visits, technical discussions, demonstrations, and follow-up.\nTake ownership of customer questions and opportunities, coordinating with colleagues and AMD specialists when needed.\nPrepare clear presentations, demonstrations, training material, and written updates.\nKeep learning about AMD products and share useful knowledge with customers and the team.\nUse agentic AI tools to help plan and carry out multi-step work, such as research, preparing materials, organizing follow-up, and exploring technical questions. Review the results, check important claims against reliable sources, and protect customer and company information.\nWhat you bring\nA valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel to customer sites.\nA degree in Electronics Engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nA strong interest in technology and the motivation to learn about AMD FPGA and embedded x86 products.\nA self-directed approach: you identify the next step and follow through on commitments.\nThe ability and willingness to use agentic AI tools productively and responsibly, while applying your own judgment to their output.\nClear communication skills and an interest in working directly with customers.\nGood to have\nExperience in any of the following areas would be valuable, recent Graduates who have strong technical passion will be considered and are welcome to apply.\nFPGA and Adaptive SoC design: AMD development tools such as Vivado or Vitis; RTL, embedded processing, system integration, or high-speed interfaces.\nEmbedded processor software: C/C++, embedded Linux, boot and board bring-up, kernel or device-driver work, or processor-based system integration.\nEmbedded x86 platforms: AMD Ryzen Embedded or EPYC Embedded, BIOS/UEFI, operating system integration, interfaces, graphics, networking, or power and thermal considerations.\nExperience with Yocto or Buildroot; Linux kernel and drivers; PCIe, Ethernet, USB, or DDR; Python or Tcl scripting; oscilloscopes or other debug tools; edge AI or machine learning; and designs using microcontrollers or AMD SoCs would also be useful.
