In addition, you support internal stakeholders with inquiries related to vendor master data processes.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nA supportive team environment where everyone is working toward the same goal.\nAn environment where you will have the tools and opportunities to further your career.\nStrong core values.\nFlexible working.\nPaid holiday, plus bank holidays.\nAnd more….\nWhat You Will Do\nCreate and maintain vendor master records, including reviewing requests, onboarding new suppliers, and updating existing data.\nEnsure master data quality through validation of addresses, banking information, tax details, and payment terms.\nPerform compliance checks, including sanctions screening, fraud prevention measures, and adherence to the four-eyes principle.\nContribute to process design and improvement initiatives, including the standardization, optimization, and documentation of master data processes.\nCommunicate and collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing evidence, process documentation, and data analyses.\nConduct data analysis and reporting activities, including KPI monitoring, duplicate record checks, and data quality reporting.\nSupport system administration activities, including workflows, authorizations, user roles, and customization requirements.\nKey Skills Required\nStrong control- and compliance-oriented mindset.\nProactive approach to new developments and changes, with a high level of attention to detail and documentation.\nAbility to work independently in a structured and reliable manner.\nStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.\nStrong technical aptitude.\nGood communication and presentation skills.\nTeam-oriented with a strong customer and service focus.\nMinimum of 2 years of practical experience in a comparable role within a corporate environment.\nExperience in Accounts Payable or Master Data Management environments.\nIdeally, knowledge of compliance requirements and GDPR regulations.\nBasic understanding of accounting and financial processes.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.\nExcellent English language skills.\nInterested?\nGreat!
