Playing a crucial part in ensuring our employees are safe and protected at all times.\nWhat will you be doing?\nOverseeing key distribution centre activities including packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfilment\nManaging customer order shipments and resolving any fulfilment issues\nLeading inventory control processes and ensuring documentation accuracy\nDriving quality and efficiency, ensuring customers receive the correct item at the correct time. \nImplementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures\nEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and equipment standards\nProducing operational reports and analysing productivity metrics\nDriving process improvements and supporting strategic initiatives\nLeading and developing a team of experienced professionals\nWhat are we looking for?\nProven experience leading teams in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment\nStrong understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, and quality control\nConfidence in making decisions, solving problems, and driving operational improvements\nExperience in maintaining quality & H&S standards\nAbility to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly\nExperience working with compliance standards (ISO, ESD, etc.) is a plus\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
