We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead supplier development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and optimize our supplier network. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our sourcing strategy, enhancing supplier performance, and contributing to our long-term success in a fast-paced, global environment.\n Responsibilities:\nDirect and manages the supplier business plan and implementation process throughout the organization\nAlign goals and objectives of supplier with the company to ensure mutual goals and objectives are achieved.\nDetermine, monitor and recommend plans for the supplier, company business relationship on a tactical and strategic level.\nParticipate in supplier business reviews providing appropriate data and engaging in resolving issues.\nIdentify and drive new supplier opportunities with particular emphasis on the development of new services that blend unique supplier resource/capability along with service/capability to create a unique value proposition.\nSupport cross functional communication with the company's product groups in price negotiations and market knowledge.\nResponsible for the management of activities and programs that will drive the supplier’s pro-forma performance in an effort to achieve Avnet's financial goals.\nPerform analysis and reports of various program impact for the supplier.\nManage forecasting pipeline requirements and rebate projections.\nDrive demand creation and design-in activities for FPGA solutions\nIdentify and develop new opportunities in key markets (AI, industrial, automotive, networking)\nEngage with customers at system and architecture level\nRequirements:\nExperience on SBDM or similar role is mandatory\nEducation in electronic field is desirable\nFluency in English and Italian\nAbility for frequent travelling's across Italy\nAt Avnet we put a strong emphasis on our long standing, strong values that have guided not just how we interact and operate with our customers and suppliers but also with each other.\nWe believe that earning your trust is a privilege and doing the right thing is always the best course of action.\nAvnet highly values being an equal opportunity employer offering equal pay for equal work.\nCompensation Details for this position:\nThe starting compensation for this role is at minimum an On-Target Earnings amount (Base Pay + On-Target Variable Pay) of € 62.000\nVariable Compensation: This position is eligible for a variable compensation plan and the pay-mix (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer stage.\nTotal Rewards: In addition to the cash compensation we also offer a number of benefits depending on location and role.
