Deriving and recommending improvement measures based on established performance metrics and projected future requirements; providing support for the implementation of defined solutions.\nParticipation in the evaluation of hardware and software technologies in light of current, future, and anticipated requirements. Identifying and recommending improvements to the existing backup environment to deliver cost-effective solutions for technical challenges and processes.\nProviding support within the data center and access control system environment, as well as analyzing and resolving incidents.\nWhat about you?\nSeveral years of experience in the enterprise backup sector.\nExpert with Dell Avamar, NetWorker, PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM), DataDomain and ECS.\nBasic knowledge of the DELL Cyber Recovery Vault would be desirable.\nFoundational knowledge of backup environments, as well as industry-standard practices and procedures, acquired through relevant training and/or pertinent professional experience at a comparable level.\nAbility to develop solutions for defined tasks, assignments, and projects by applying technical expertise and established methods and procedures.\nA self-directed and autonomous approach to work, combined with sound judgment and the ability to execute tasks reliably.\nClose collaboration with direct supervisors and team members within the department or respective functional area.\nAn awareness of how one’s own work impacts specific tasks and the overall success of the department, along with a diligent, quality-oriented approach to work.\nIf this role sounds like the next role for you, then please apply now, all applications will be considered.\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
