With over 100 years of experience and a global presence, Avnet partners with leading technology companies to shape the future of electronics and digital transformation.\nJob Summary\nAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to source, engage, and assess top talent across a diverse range of commercial, technical, engineering, and corporate positions.\nYou will play a key role in ensuring current and future business needs are met by delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while collaborating with hiring managers, HR, and the wider Talent Acquisition team. A critical part of the role will be proactively sourcing talent, building candidate pipelines, and reducing reliance on external recruitment agencies.\nYou'll have full support from your line manager, along with access to tools, resources, and development opportunities to help you learn, grow, and progress within Avnet.\nWhat's In It For You\nAlong with offering a competitive salary package, we also offer:\nA supportive team environment where everyone is working toward the same goal\nA strong open-door policy within management\nA collaborative international team environment\nOpportunities for career development and progression\nFlexible home working\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nLiaising with managers to understand hiring needs and agree recruitment strategies for vacancies.\nManaging the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through to offer acceptance.\nCreating job adverts and promoting opportunities across internal and external channels.\nProactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, referrals, networking, and other direct sourcing methods.\nBuilding and maintaining pipelines of talent for critical and specialist positions.\nShortlisting CVs and conducting initial candidate screening interviews.\nArranging and coordinating interviews and assessment activities.\nProviding regular market insight and recruitment updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.\nBuilding and maintaining relationships with approved recruitment agencies where required.\nCarrying out relevant legislative and compliance checks in line with local requirements.\nEnsuring all recruitment activity and documentation is maintained accurately within company systems and processes.\nWorking closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nProven recruitment experience either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment.\nStrong knowledge of modern recruitment and sourcing techniques.\nDemonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing tools.\nExperience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions.\nAbility to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nEffective communicator with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organisation.\nCommercially minded with a focus on quality, cost, and hiring outcomes.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.\nExcellent software knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nDesirable Skills & Experience\nExperience recruiting across European markets.\nExperience hiring technical, engineering, sales, or commercial talent.\nExperience using Workday ATS.\nExperience working within a corporate Talent Acquisition environment.\nDegree-level qualification.\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
