technical strategies and engineering roadmaps aligned with business and product objectives.\n\n- Drive end-totoproduct development and ensure timely, highquality delivery.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and other crossfunctional teams to deliver businesscritical solutions.\n\n- Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, architecture, testing, security, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Review technical designs and provide guidance on architecture, technology selection, and implementation approaches.\n\n- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive their resolution.\n\n- Promote scalable, reliable, and highperformance software engineering practices.\n\n- Monitor engineering metrics and continuously improve development processes and delivery efficiency.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to established development standards.\n\n- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development of engineering talent.\n\n- Mentor engineers and technical leads, helping them develop their technical and leadership capabilities.\n\n- Drive adoption of automation, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern engineering tools where appropriate.\n\n- Communicate engineering progress, risks, and priorities effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- Strong experience in software engineering and engineering management.\n\n- Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams.\n\n- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, design patterns, and development methodologies.\n\n- Experience building and delivering scalable, reliable, and highperformance applications.\n\n- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.\n\n- Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.\n\n- Experience collaborating with product and crossfunctional teams to deliver complex technology products.\n\n- Strong
