The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering skills with customer-facing capabilities and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions.\n\n- Build custom integrations, applications, workflows, and prototypes to address customer-specific use cases.\n\n- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and customer-facing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.\n\n- Integrate solutions with customer systems, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in customer environments.\n\n- Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions based on customer feedback and changing requirements.\n\n- Contribute to product and platform improvements by identifying recurring customer needs and technical gaps.\n\n- Ensure solutions meet requirements related to performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.\n\n- Document technical solutions, integrations, configurations, and implementation processes.\n\n- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Travel to customer locations when required to support deployments, workshops, or technical engagements.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- Strong experience in software engineering, application development, or solution engineering.\n\n- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C++.\n\n- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, system integration, and distributed systems.\n\n- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.\n\n- Experience building and deploying production-grade applications.\n\n- Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.\n\n- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders is highly preferred.\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nSkills\nForward
