If you want to experience a dynamic startup in one of the fastest growing industries and are interested in how the latest science, do apply!\nThe Role\nAs a B2B Operations Specialist, you will manage the core operational foundation of our client's B2B business, ensuring seamless, day-to-day execution that gets our products into partners' hands and onto their shelves efficiently and on time.\nEqually important, you will help build scalable, repeatable processes that allow our B2B operations to grow seamlessly.\nResponsibilities\n Order Processing & Fulfillment (30%)\nProcess B2B orders end-to-end.\nCoordinate fulfillment with warehouses and 3PL partners.\nPrepare shipping documents and handle logistics queries.\n Partner Management & Support (30%)\nOwn and triage the B2B inbox against response SLAs.\nHandle partner document requests and maintain product sheets/Drive folders.\nSupport AI-assisted partner product communications.\nHandle operational partner and market onboarding.\n Product Launches, Listings & Quality (30%)\nSet up market and partner listings and master-data.\nExecute the operational side of product launches and template creation.\nLog samples, returns, and complaints and route them to Ops/QA.\n Process Improvement & Automation (10%)\nBuild scalable workflows, repeatable systems, and AI-assisted inbox automation to reduce manual volume over time.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nFirst 90 Days:\nThe B2B inbox is fully under control, maintaining a median response time of under one business day.\nProduct launch fan-outs run efficiently on standardized templates.\nCore operational workflows are thoroughly documented and optimized.\nBeyond:\nSenior team members' time is successfully reclaimed from day-to-day execution and redirected toward strategic growth.\nProduct launches and new market expansions consistently go live on schedule.\nManual inbox volume trends downward as scalable automation and AI workflows take hold.\nRequirements\n Must-have:\n2-3 yrs of experience in B2B or e-commerce operations, order management, or a similar execution-heavy ops role.\nHighly organised and detail-oriented;
