This role also includes managing daily payroll and attendance operations and supporting the development and administration of new and existing pay programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nTime and Attendance Management\nResponsible for working on daily time and attendance reports to check missing punches, meal breaks, and log in and log out details.\nTracking employee leave data and reconciling it.\nApproving employee sick and bereavement leave in the relevant HR system.\nTracking public holidays and notifying the relevant HR team for payroll processing.\nEmployee Onboarding and Offboarding\nCreating Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs) for new hires and sharing them with the relevant HR team for offer letter preparation.\nInitiating the onboarding and offboarding processes in the relevant HR system.\nTracking employee leavers and new hires.\nPayroll Administration, Reporting and Data Tracking\nCollating payroll data and sending it to the relevant HR team for processing incentives, time adjustments, referral payments, retro adjustments, and general payroll adjustments (overpayments / underpayments), as well as public holiday payments to eligible employees.\nValidating payroll registers and providing approval to the relevant HR team for final payroll submission.\nTracking relevant payroll reports.\nHRIS/HRMS Implementation and Support\nActive involvement in all HRIS/HRMS aspects throughout implementation, including planning, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.\nEnsuring successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly for SAP SuccessFactors HRIS/HRMS.\nProviding functional expertise, guidance, reporting, support, and presentations for the team on SAP HCM functionalities.\nSustainability\nPromote judicious use of natural resources.\nAdhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.\nAnti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)\nFollow the ABMS roles and responsibilities as prescribed in the relevant ABMS manual.\nUnderstand ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.\nAbility to identify and evaluate risks related to bribery in various business contexts.\nKey Requirements\n5 years of work experience in payroll and HRMS, with experience supporting
