Additionally, this role entails managing IT budgets strategically to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership and Team Management\nProvide overall leadership for the IT applications team, including administrative functions, performance evaluations, and team management.\nManage internal client and stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.\nIdentify key issues and develop appropriate solutions.\nDocument application deployments and share key learnings with vendors and end-users for improvement.\nProject and Vendor Management\nEnsure the highest uptime of applications through collaboration with IT stakeholders.\nLead project management for IT and business initiatives, managing time, cost, and resources.\nCommunicate any project slippage or issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.\nManage vendor relationships, including SLA management and vendor engagement.\nPrepare and track IT and project budgets.\nImplement and enforce IT governance policies.\nContribute to product development initiatives.\nSustainability\nPromote judicious use of natural resources.\nAdhere to the organization's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.\nAnti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)\nFollow the roles and responsibilities prescribed in the company's Anti-Bribery Management Systems manual.\nUnderstand ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.\nIdentify and evaluate risks related to bribery in various business contexts.\nKey Requirements\nGraduate/Postgraduate degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.\nAdditional graduate degree preferred.\n5-8 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.\nStrong programming experience, preferably in Microsoft technologies (5+ years).\nProject management experience (1+ year), including team leadership of at least two people.\nFamiliarity with internet technologies and online applications.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and develop effective technological solutions.\nBehavioral
