You will help ensure that our CRM and tracking files remain accurate, organized, and actionable so that teams across Business Development, Marketing, and Operations can work effectively.\nThis is a detail-oriented position ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured data, improving processes, and creating clarity from complexity.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.\nEnsure all pipelines and records are properly filled out and updated.\nMonitor and update deal statuses and pipeline stages according to current progress.\nCoordinate with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather and share updates when needed.\nAct as a point of accountability for CRM hygiene and reporting readiness.\nIdentify missing, outdated, or inconsistent data and flag issues proactively.\nMaintain and organize internal tracking files (KPI tabs, client books, reporting sheets, etc.).\nSupport ad-hoc reporting, data cleanup, and administrative tasks related to internal systems.\nRequirements\nWe would love to hear from you if you:\nAre currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in the 6th-8th semester) at a university, with availability to work part-time alongside studies.\nAre pursuing (or have recently completed) a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.\nHave professional-level English sufficient for internal communication.\nAre structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized.\nAre confident communicating with team members to collect and share updates when needed.\nWork efficiently and have a strong sense of ownership.\nAre proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.\nExperience with HubSpot or CRM tools is a strong plus.\nCan commit to at least 6 months (ideally 1 year).\nWorking Setup\nPart-time:
