Sales Logistics Assistant (Part-Time)

General Activities

• Execute daily shipping and logistics activities according to the orders, documentation and priorities provided by the Customer Service / Commercial Department.
• Support the daily execution of customer shipments and other sales-related logistics activities.
• Responsible for receiving trading products and preparing, packing and dispatching customer orders according to the corresponding order and invoicing documentation provided by the Commercial Department.
• Backup support for incoming goods and other shipment-related activities when required.

Customer Orders & Shipments

• Receive the customer orders and corresponding shipping/invoicing documentation prepared by the Commercial Department.
• Pick the products required for each customer order.
• Verify the products and quantities against the corresponding documentation before packing.
• Pack customer orders appropriately and prepare them for shipment.
• Prepare shipping labels and the necessary shipping documentation according to established procedures.
• Arrange the dispatch of customer orders through the designated courier or transportation service.
• Ensure that shipments are prepared and dispatched according to the required schedule.
• Provide shipment and tracking information for customer notification.
• Maintain the corresponding shipping documentation and records.

Receipt of Trading Products

• Receive incoming shipments of trading products from approved suppliers.
• Verify received products and quantities against the corresponding delivery documentation.
• Report discrepancies, damages or other visible issues to the responsible person.
• Place received trading products in their designated storage locations.
• Maintain appropriate organization of trading products within the assigned storage area.

Samples, Promotional Materials & Commercial Shipments

• Prepare, pack and dispatch product samples according to instructions from the Commercial Department.
• Prepare and ship promotional materials required for customers, distributors and other commercial activities.
• Support the preparation, packing and shipment of materials required for exhibitions, congresses and trade fairs.
• Receive and organize returned promotional or exhibition materials when applicable.
• Support other sales-related packing and shipping activities as required.

Backup Support - Incoming Goods

When required, particularly during the absence of the responsible employee:

• Receive incoming packages and deliveries from suppliers.
• Provide basic support with the receipt of raw materials and other incoming supplies.
• Support the receipt of sterilized products and other incoming product shipments.
• Verify deliveries against the accompanying documentation and forward the corresponding documents to the responsible department.
• Place received goods in the designated area according to internal instructions.
• Immediately report any visible damage, discrepancy or irregularity to the responsible person.

General Support

• Maintain the packing and shipping area clean, organized and ready for daily operations.
• Ensure adequate availability of standard packing and shipping materials and inform the responsible person when replenishment is required.
• Follow established company procedures for handling, packing and shipping products.
• Support the Commercial Department with other basic logistics and shipping activities when required.
