Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Pet Speciality (South Germany)

About the Role

In this position, you will assume complete responsibility for the area of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria Pet Independent channel for the company's Germany operation. You will have full autonomy to grow this channel from a challenger brand to a household name. You will manage their selected wholesale distributor and grow our brand’s market share and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

• Independent support of the sales area of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria
• Support and expansion of existing customer relationships (pet retailers, specialist stores, veterinarians)
• Planning and implementation of customer visits, sales events and trade fairs
• Acquisition of new business partners in your sales territory
• Implementation of sales and marketing strategies
• Presentation and advice on all aspects of our product range
• Implementation of sales campaigns, training courses and product demonstrations on site
• Market and competition observation as well as close cooperation with the office staff

Requirements

• Experience in field sales or sales, ideally in the pet or FMCG sector
• Your place of residence is ideally in Bavaria, and you have a class B driver's license
• High level of customer orientation, strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured way of working and willingness to travel
• With your likeable and convincing appearance, you will quickly inspire others for our range
• Even in challenging situations, you stay calm and don't lose focus
• Enthusiasm for animals and their well-being
