Working within multidisciplinary teams, you'll develop innovative solutions for pumping stations, treatment works, screening systems, chemical dosing, and sludge treatment facilities, ensuring successful project delivery from concept through to construction. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering critical water infrastructure projects across the Northwest.\nWhat will your day look like… \nLead the delivery of innovative, cost-effective mechanical design solutions. \nManage projects through feasibility, outline, and detailed design stages. \nProvide technical leadership, including reviewing and approving designs, calculations, and reports. \nCollaborate with clients, stakeholders, and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery. \nMentor and develop engineers and technicians within a multidisciplinary team. \nSupport bid preparation, project planning, resource management, and budget control. \nEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and industry regulations.\nAbout you… \nProven experience producing and reviewing mechanical designs for complex process plant. \nStrong knowledge of clean water and wastewater treatment processes. \nAbility to develop practical, innovative engineering solutions. \nExperience managing multiple projects and delivering designs from concept to construction. \nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary working. \nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.\nThis role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Visa process.
