You’ll support the team with day-to-day commercial and contractual duties, assist operational teams as needed and ensure the maximum recovery of contractual entitlements.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the Commercial Team to ensure compliance with Avove systems, processes and procedures on Contracts.\nWork within strict deadlines required under the Contract(s) and as required by Avove.\nFinancial monitoring and reporting of Contracts assigned.\nAssisting and establishing suitable construction contracts with clients to suit procurement needs.\nPreparation of accurate financial statements in respect of Contracts assigned.\nEnsuring proper administration of the Contract requirements including all variations (changes) to the works.\nAssist with commercial completion of the Contracts including maintaining contemporary records for use in supporting claims, extensions of time, and evaluation of variations.\nManage the appointment and ongoing management of subcontractors including payment applications, final accounts etc.\nEnsure prompt submission of invoices and/or applications of payment to clients.\nAssist Business Development in producing information for PQQ’s and Tenders\n\nAbout you:\nHNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying\nPast experience in a similar position.\nFull UK Driving Licence\nAbility to work within a delivery team with multiple drivers\n\nThis role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Visa process.
