You’ll be responsible for safe, successful delivery, ensuring projects remain on programme and within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage client relationships and a portfolio of projects delivered on a regional basis.\nLead and manage a multidisciplinary project delivery team across a portfolio of projects.\nTake responsibility for project cost management and overall programme delivery.\nManage regional cost forecasting and revenue contributions to the overall account P&L.\nManage subcontractor relationships and support the establishment of overarching framework agreements to deliver works across the region.\n\nSkills & Experience\nProven Senior/Principal Project Management experience within non-infrastructure water projects.\nWorking knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, with the ability to manage multiple projects from conception through to completion.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Project, including the ability to develop detailed Clause 31 programmes based on works information and maintain/update Clause 32 revisions.\nAbility to accurately forecast costs across a portfolio of projects and effectively assess and manage project risk.\nGood hydraulic understanding of water distribution, boosted systems and pumped dosing systems.\nExperience across both clean water and wastewater treatment would be advantageous.\nEUSR Water Hygiene certification.\n\nThis role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Visa process.
