Join us and take the next step towards a fulfilling career.\nAbout the Role\nWe’ve recently been awarded a major multi-million-pound design and build framework with Northumbrian Water Group (NWG) as part of its £3.6 billion Asset Management Period 8 (AMP8) investment programme. As we embark on this exciting 12-year framework, we’re looking for a Site Manager to join our Operations Team in the North East.\nYou’ll play a key role in leading site operations — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with a diverse team of professionals who share your commitment to quality, safety and teamwork.\nThis is a full-time, permanent role based from our Durham site with the flexibility to cover other sites in the North East where necessary.\nPlease note: a full, valid driving licence is required for this role.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLeading and organising site operations to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget\nEnsuring a competent, supported workforce (including subcontractors) is in place for all site activities\nCarrying out site audits and inspections to maintain Health & Safety compliance\nPerforming quality checks in line with contract requirements, keeping accurate records of resources, materials and plant\nProducing daily and weekly reports on site resources, materials and performance\nBuilding strong relationships with customers, local authorities and third parties — acting as a trusted and professional site lead\nYou’ll have the opportunity to shape a safe, supportive and high-performing site culture where everyone feels empowered to succeed.\nAbout You\nYou’re a confident communicator who enjoys leading teams, solving problems and creating a positive working environment.
