What we're looking for is something harder to teach: excellent driving habits, strong awareness, good judgment, and a commitment to safety.\nIf you're an experienced driver who wants to do something different,come drive with us. \nWhat You'll Do:\nOperate autonomous vehicles safely and lawfully to collect critical data on system performance and environmental factors.\nInteract professionally with riders, engineers, and company operations leaders to provide feedback and insights.\nMonitor vehicle performance and conduct in-field testing to ensure operational safety.\nPrepare vehicles daily for in-field operations, including safety checks and system readiness.\nSubmit detailed reports to support system advancements and operational improvements.\nBe prepared for the actions of other drivers and pedestrians as well as for unexpected events.\nBe alert and distraction free while in vehicles.\nWhat You Need:\nA valid US driving license for the last 3+ years.\nNo DUI, DWI, or OUI offenses within the last 10 years.\nAble to anticipate hazardous situations and act quickly and safely, despite adverse conditions or the mistakes of others when operating a motor vehicle.\nHave a thorough knowledge of local traffic regulations.\nExcellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.\nA willingness to work in various weather conditions and comfortable driving on different types of roads.\nMust pass a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug test prior to start. \nNice to Have:\nKnowledge of vehicle technology and control systems\nA defensive driving or safe driving certification \nAdditional courses in Safety Driving or Defensive Driving\nBenefits:\nPre-tax commuter benefits\nEmployer Subsidized Healthcare Benefits thru our 3rd party employer of record partner\nFlexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs\nShort and long-term disability and life insurance thru our 3rd party employer of record partner\n401(k) package\nAvailable Work Schedules\nWe only offer full-time positions with only PM shifts available.
