Avride develops self-driving cars and sidewalk delivery robots, and was created in 2024 when Nebius spun out the former Yandex autonomous vehicle division. Its delivery robots operate on American university campuses and with food delivery platforms, while its robotaxi programme runs with Hyundai and Uber. Engineering is based in Austin, Texas.

This role is Monday-Friday, 10:00am-7:00pm.

About Avride

Avride is a U.S.-based autonomous vehicle company headquartered in Austin, TX, with additional R&D hubs around the world. Our company develops and operates both autonomous cars and delivery robots that share technologies and continuously learn from one another-a unique approach that accelerates innovation across our entire platform. Since 2017, Avride has been advancing autonomous technology to create safe, reliable transportation and delivery solutions that meet today's needs while shaping the future of mobility.

About the Team

You’ll join a high-performing Facilities team responsible for supporting Avride’s operations across two locations in North Austin. The team plays an important role in creating safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments for employees working across both corporate and highly technical operations.

One location is a modern, upscale office environment designed around collaboration and employee experience, including contemporary workspaces, a fully stocked lunchroom, and an onsite fitness facility.

Our second location is a dynamic garage and technical workspace where our autonomous vehicles and robots are retrofitted, maintained, and supported. The garage is home to AV technicians, vehicle operations teams, engineers, and other technical staff working hands-on with Avride’s autonomous technology. The facility also includes a state-of-the-art vehicle staging and parking area that houses a large fleet of autonomous vehicles supporting Avride’s testing and operations.

The Facilities team supports both environments, making this a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are exactly the same.
