The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple trades. You are a strong problem-solver who can manage tasks independently while collaborating with a broader team when needed.\nWhat You'll Do\nPerform general repairs and troubleshooting across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems. \nExecute preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability and longevity. \nOperate and maintain tools and equipment, including power tools, ladders, and diagnostic devices. \nInstall and repair lock systems and door hardware. \nPerform light electrical work, including replacing outlets, switches, and lighting components. \nComplete basic plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures. \nInterpret basic building systems and blueprints to support maintenance activities. \nMaintain accurate logs and updates within maintenance or work order systems. \nFollow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while performing work.\nTravel between multiple sites, if required.\nWhat You'll Need\nExperience performing general maintenance across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) \nStrong understanding of building systems and basic blueprint interpretation \nAbility to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment \nBasic computer skills for logging maintenance activities and work orders\nUnderstanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations\nStrong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills \nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities \nReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently\nWillingness and ability to travel between multiple job sites, if required\nValid driver’s license (required if travel between sites is required)\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift and move heavy objects, tools, and equipment as needed\nComfortable working at heights (on ladders) and in confined or awkward spaces\nCapable of standing, walking, bending, and performing manual labor for extended periods\nCandidates are required to be authorized to work in the U.S. The employer is not offering relocation, sponsorship, and remote work options are not available.\nAvride is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants and employees with disabilities to ensure they have equal access to employment opportunities.
