You’ll work closely with HR, Security, Workplace, and other stakeholders to make sure requests are completed on time, issues are resolved efficiently, and IT operations remain organized, reliable, and audit-ready.\nWhat you'll do\nSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, including device preparation, equipment return, and coordination of required IT steps.\nProvide equipment, software, licenses, and day-to-day IT support to employees and contractors.\nCoordinate access requests and follow through on approvals and fulfillment to ensure timely access provisioning.\nProvide on-site support for employees and help with workplace IT needs such as meeting rooms, printers, and other shared office technology.\nTrack hardware inventory and stock levels, help organize equipment logistics, and support procurement-related follow-up when needed.\nWork with internal stakeholders to keep IT requests, operational processes, documentation, and SLA-sensitive tasks running smoothly.\nWhat you'll need\nExperience in IT Operations, IT support, workplace support, or a similar internal IT role.\nHands-on experience supporting employees with day-to-day IT requests in macOS, Windows and Linux environments.\nExperience with onboarding and offboarding, equipment provisioning, software and license distribution, and access-related processes.\nExperience working with ticketing systems, request queues, and operational workflows with SLA-sensitive tasks.\nAttention to detail in process-driven work and keep requests moving to completion.\nNice to have\nExperience with Google Workspace or similar internal IT systems.\nExperience with MDM or endpoint management tools such as Jamf, Intune, or similar.\nExperience helping with administration of internal IT systems, SaaS tools, or access management platforms.\nPython scripting skills or other automation experience.\nExperience in a fast-growing startup or product company.\nExperience supporting audit or compliance-related operational requirements in IT processes.\nCandidates are required to be authorized to work in the U.S. The employer is not offering relocation, sponsorship, and remote work options are not available.\nAvride is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants and employees with disabilities to ensure they have equal access to employment opportunities.
