You’ll work onsite at our state-of-the-art Remote Operations Center in North Austin, a modern, tech-forward workplace with amenities including an onsite lunchroom stocked with snacks and refreshments and complimentary coffee service.\nWorking from a dedicated computer workstation alongside a team of Remote Assistance Operators, you’ll monitor live video feeds and real-time data from autonomous vehicles operating on public roads. You’ll maintain awareness of vehicle activity, identify situations that may require human assistance, and troubleshoot or escalate technical and operational issues as they arise.
