From routine services to emergency response, your work will directly impact the safety and performance of the company's fleet operations. You’ll ensure vehicles are road-ready through routine maintenance, light repairs, and field support.\nWe’re looking for experienced automotive technicians who are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working around advanced autonomous vehicle technology. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical backgrounds, experience with electric vehicles, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nAssess and document vehicle damage after road incidents.\nPerform minor on-site repairs and coordinate major repairs with partner service centers.\nConduct regular scheduled maintenance and inspections (e.g., brakes, fluids, AC, tires, etc.).\nMonitor vehicle condition and report potential issues before they become problems.\nSupport field operations by overseeing car evacuations and towing after incidents.\nKeep the fleet operational and road-ready by transporting vehicles for service appointments, repairs, and car washes.\nMaintain fleet and shop cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with safety standards.\nWhat You'll Need\nPrior experience as an automotive technician or in a similar mechanical role\nStrong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and EV fundamentals\nClean driving record and valid Texas driver’s license\nAbility to work independently and handle fast-changing priorities\nDetail-oriented and committed to safety and quality\nComfortable working around advanced autonomous vehicle technology\nPrior experience as an EV Technician is highly preferred\nExperience with ADAS vehicles preferred\nBenefits:\nPre-tax commuter benefits\nEmployer Subsidized Healthcare Benefits thru our 3rd party employer of record partner\nFlexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs\nShort and long-term disability and life insurance thru our 3rd party employer of record partner\n401k package\nCommitment:This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed through our trusted Employer of Record partner, who manages payroll, benefits, and local compliance on our behalf.
