Since 2017, Avride has been building expertise in autonomous technologies to create solutions that address current needs and anticipate future demands. \nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support its daily logistics and materials management operations.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, handling, and preparing materials for shipment in compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.\nThe ideal candidate will be organized, safety-minded, and experienced with warehouse systems and equipment.\nWhat You'll Do \nMaterial Handling and Storage:\nStore, stack, and palletize materials using proper storage methods and safety guidelines.\nRearrange storage areas and support inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records.\nRegularly inspect stored items and report signs of deterioration or damage.\nShipping, Receiving, and Logistics:\nAssist in packaging, labeling, and routing materials for shipping or storage.\nSupport inbound and outbound logistics activities, including checking and documenting shipments.\nIdentify and report shipment discrepancies, missing items, or damaged goods.\nEnsure inventory is tracked, tagged, and managed accurately in inventory systems.\nEquipment Operation:\nSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and other material handling tools.\nPerform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.\nAdministrative Support:\nComplete required shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation in compliance with procedures.\nRespond to warehouse lead or supervisor requests and support logistics planning as needed.\nOther Duties:\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations.\nPerform other logistics and warehouse duties as assigned by management.\nWhat You'll Need\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling roles\nBasic knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and inventory management\nAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active environment\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills\nFamiliarity with handheld scanners, ERP, or warehouse management systems\nA valid forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
