We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with a strong engineering background who combines hands-on technical expertise with customer-facing delivery ownership.\n\nYou will be responsible for deploying our device management, service activation, and monitoring solutions into communication service providers’ environments, working directly with customers and Engineering teams. Our customers include major telecom operators such as AT&T, Orange, T-Mobile, and Vodafone, and you will work on large-scale deployments involving networks, distributed systems, integrations, and real-world production challenges.\n\nThis is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, taking ownership of delivery, and working across customer communication, troubleshooting, solution design, and implementation activities.\n\nIn this role, you will\nOwn the technical delivery of AVSystem solutions in customer environments\n\nLead deployments, integrations, configuration, testing, and production rollouts\n\nWork directly with customers, Engineering teams, and internal stakeholders as a technical point of contact\n\nTroubleshoot complex issues across network, system, and application layers\n\nParticipate in technical discussions around architecture, integrations, and solution design\n\nTranslate customer needs into practical technical solutions\n\nSupport customer onboarding and knowledge transfer\n\nRequirements\nWe are looking for a technically strong professional with practical experience delivering complex systems.\nYou:\nHave 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, system engineering, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or similar technical roles\n\nHave experience deploying, integrating, or troubleshooting complex systems\n\nUnderstand networking fundamentals at least at CCNA level (TCP/IP protocols, routing and switching concepts, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, security considerations and best practices)\n\nHave experience with Linux systems and APIs\n\nAre comfortable analyzing logs, configurations, and technical issues\n\nCan communicate technical topics clearly with both engineers and customers\n\nEnjoy taking ownership of complex deliveries and solving real-world problems\n\nSpeak fluent English B2/C1\n\nNice to have\nExperience delivering solutions for telecom operators (CSPs/ISPs)\n\nKnowledge of OSS/BSS, device management, SNMP, MQTT, TR-069/TR-369, or CWMP\n\nExperience with PKI, virtualization, cloud environments, monitoring, or automation\n\nUnderstanding of xDSL, xPON, HFC, LTE, OLT/ONT ecosystems\n\nExperience with multi-server architectures and load-balanced environments\n\nPrevious experience coordinating technical projects or delivery activities\n\nWhat we offer\nYou’ll work on deployments that actually matter – systems managing millions of connected devices across the globe.
