Additionally, this position will grow the recruiting department by sourcing potential employers to grow clientele.\nPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:\nEssential Functions:\nFacilitates/implements staffing process with clients and applicants while complying with regulations.\nAs a team, works to identify and evaluate qualified candidates to present to clients for review.\nThis role will focus on the recruitment of all positions for current and future clients.\nAbility to form business partnerships with clients and serve as a point of contact for the staffing process.\nResponsible for sourcing requisitions appropriately for assigned positions.\nResponsible for developing and maintaining relationship with applicants throughout the staffing process.\nAbility to conduct candidate interviews with hiring team.\nSourcing qualified candidates.\nUsing an applicant tracking system.\nAdditional Functions:\nMay assist with external recruiting events.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nAs an ideal candidate to join the AVTECH team, you will meet the following:\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\nBachelor's Degree in a related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.\n2 years minimum of experience with progressing responsibility.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and/or candidates.\nExcellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and written skills.\nKnowledge of compliance issues.\nKnowledge of employment law.\nProficient in internet/computer skills.\nTravel may be required.\nRequired Unique Skills:\nMust have the following:business development experience with securing new client accounts,\nexperience in aerospace/aviation industry.\n\nBenefits:\ncoverage of up to one-half of employee's medical insurance premium for a base plan\n401(k) with
