Inspect condition of tools and replace as needed.\nInspect cut material/part prior to CNC operation to ensure conformity and compliance with blueprints, models, and/or engineering documents.\nIdentify material and appropriate cutting tools. Set up material and inspect for serviceability.\nMonitor material supply.\nValidate preventative maintenance and minor repairs on machines. Alert maintenance of any repair/preventative issues.\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment.\nComply with 5S and Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.\nLevel II Essential Functions and Responsibilities:\nOperate automated machine using existing programs.\nTest program and ensure machine is set up in accordance with drawings.\nRemove and/or replace cutting tools and offsets as required. Inspect condition of tools and replace as needed.\nManipulate programs to fit inserts into material, ensuring fit and conformity.\nInspect cut material/part prior to CNC operation to ensure conformity and compliance with blueprints, models, and/or engineering documents.\nIdentify material and appropriate cutting tools.
