Обязанности:

  • Планирование работы отдела;
  • Обучение и профессиональное развитие менеджеров по продажам;
  • Координирование работ со смежными отделами;
  • Работа с ключевыми клиентами;
  • Разработка мотиваций отдела.

Требования:

  • Высшее, среднее образование;
  • Опыт работы руководителем от 3-х лет;
  • Знание автомобильного рынка;
  • Знание ПК на уровне уверенного пользователя.
