Обязанности:

Управление ИТ-архитектурой холдинга: 1С, CRM, веб- и мобильные приложения, микросервисы
Развитие BI-аналитики (Yandex DataLens)
Внедрение AI-платформ (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) и ML-моделей на Python (предиктивная аналитика по клиентам и ТО)
Стандартизация ИТ-процессов и SLA
Формирование продуктовой стратегии - упаковка ИТ-решений холдинга в коммерческий продукт

Требования:

Опыт от 3-5 лет на позиции IT Director / CTO / CPO
Опыт автоматизации бизнес-процессов (авторитейл/ритейл/услуги - плюс)
Управление разработкой на Python, понимание микросервисов и архитектуры данных
Понимание интеграции LLM/ML в бизнес, знание архитектуры 1С
Бизнес-мышление: умение считать unit-экономику и защищать проекты перед руководством

Условия:

Подчинение генеральному директору; в подчинении - ИТ-команда (сисадмины, аналитики, 1С- и Python-разработчики)
Доход: фикс + бонусы + % от выручки при коммерциализации продукта (обсуждается индивидуально)
Испытательный срок 3 мес., отпуск 28 дней
Перспектива возглавить ИТ-спин-офф в роли CEO
