We have the largest portfolio in the industry and can meet the highest load testing standards with our intelligent SIGMA load bank control system.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, material handling, and stockroom activities. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, operational performance, and customer service.\nThis individual will lead warehouse personnel, establish best practices, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWarehouse Operations\nDirect and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.\nManage warehouse workflows to meet customer delivery requirements and operational objectives.\nDevelop and implement processes that improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.\nMonitor warehouse capacity and optimize storage utilization.\nShipping & Receiving\nManage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.\nCoordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve shipping and delivery issues.\nEnsure all shipping documentation and receiving records are accurate and completed on time.\nMonitor freight costs and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.\nInventory Management\nMaintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control procedures.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes.\nEnsure proper inventory transactions within ERP/WMS systems.\nLead annual physical inventory activities.\nMaterial Handling & Stockroom Management\nEnsure efficient movement and storage of materials throughout the facility.\nEstablish inventory organization standards and maintain clean, orderly stockroom operations.\nCoordinate replenishment activities to support production and customer requirements.\nManage warehouse equipment and material handling resources.\nLeadership & Team Development\nSupervise, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel.\nFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, engagement, and continuous improvement.\nDevelop staffing plans to support operational requirements.\nConduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.\nSafety & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.\nPromote a strong safety culture and lead safety improvement initiatives.\nConduct regular safety audits and corrective action reviews.\nMaintain compliance with quality standards and company procedures.\nContinuous Improvement\nAnalyze warehouse metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.\nLead Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce costs, improve inventory accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.\nSupport strategic supply chain and operational improvement projects.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nInventory Accuracy\nOn-Time Shipments\nReceiving Accuracy\nOrder Picking Accuracy\nWarehouse Productivity\nSafety Performance\nCycle Count Compliance\nInventory Turns\nShipping Cost Performance\nEmployee Engagement and Retention\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\n5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.\n3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.\nStrong knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material handling processes.\nExperience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nAPICS/ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certification.\nLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.\nForklift certification and knowledge of warehouse safety standards.\nExperience with barcode scanning and inventory control technologies.\nEDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\nWork Environment and Physical Demands:\nThis position is primarily on-site and is performed in a combination of office and manufacturing environments, with frequent presence on the shop floor. The role requires regular cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, People and Culture, and Leadership teams.\nThe manufacturing environment may involve exposure to varying noise levels, moving machinery, and other conditions typical of a production facility. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.\nWhile performing the essential functions of this role, the employee may be required to sit, stand, lift up to 50lbs, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and use hands and fingers to operate tools, equipment, and computer systems. The position may require occasional lifting and movement of materials consistent with job responsibilities.\nThe role includes occasional presentation and communication responsibilities to executive leadership, including participation in quarterly business reviews.
