Our team consists of talented and skilled individuals, all of whom play an important role in helping us to be New Zealand's leading provider of quality private healthcare services.\nAbout the role | Mō te tūranga:\nIt is full-time Monday to Friday, hours to be confirmed, with a rostered weekend shift approximately once a month, once fully trained.\nYour key tasks will be receiving and preparing samples, barcoding, performing data entry of patients and test details and answering phones. This is a hands-on role in the laboratory environment where you will work collaboratively as part of the team, work well under pressure, and have an eye for detail and problem-solving ability.\nAbout you | He kōrero mōu\nThe ability to work in a methodical manner adhering to strict quality procedure guidelines.\nCustomer focus and commitment to providing a high quality of service to internal and external customers with effective interpersonal skills.\nA sound knowledge of medical terminology, and laboratory operations including safety, operations of equipment and hands-on practical experience is desirable but not essential.\nMust be a team player with initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.\nRegistration with the Medical Science Council of New Zealand and hold an annual practising certificate is desirable, but not essential.\nEligibility to work in New Zealand.\nWhat’s in it for you | He aha mōu:\nYou will be joining a friendly, high-performing, and forward-thinking team environment.
