You can build a case study that makes a jury lean in, then turn around and design motion for a feed, a billboard, or a screen in a stadium concourse.\nThree streams:\nCase studies and sizzle reels.The films that carry our work to juries, to clients, to new business. Story first. Results that land. No three-minute montage set to a stock track.\nBrands.Motion for digital, social and OOH. Built for the placement, not resized into it.\nDiamond.Our channels, our reel, our own reputation.\nWhat you’ll actually do:\nEdit case studies, sizzles and award entries. Find the story in the footage, the stats and the press, and cut it tight\nEdit digital and social content\nAnimate. 2D, 3D, kinetic type, explainers. From scratch or from a brand’s guidelines\nDesign motion that works across formats. Phone, feed, digital billboard, transit screen\nConcept. Style frames and boards, early, in front of people\nWork with writers and designers on pacing, hierarchy and narrative\nOwn your files, exports, specs and timelines. Multiple projects, fast environment, no chasing\nSit in the room early. Not handed a finished idea and asked to decorate it\nWhat you need:\n3+ years experience. Agency, design shop, in-house or production side, we don’t care\nReal editorial chops. You know how to structure a two-minute film so nobody checks their phone\nMotion skills that hold up on their own, not just titles on top of an edit\nAdobe Creative Suite. Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop. Whatever else you bring is a bonus\nA killer eye, sense of style, and taste in reference\nTypographic judgment. Most motion work fails on type, not animation\nAn ear. You can cut to music and you know when a track is doing the work for you\nYou know your specs. Formats, transcoding, delivery to vendors and platforms\nA reel that shows range. Cuts and motion, not one style repeated\nHow we work:\nHybrid. Our office is in Toronto.
