This position involves leading the management and delivery of a large-scale, multi-product marketing program over the course of a 1-year contract.\nThe scale is complex and multi-channel, spanning organic and paid web, social, and digital, with an emphasis on content. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day delivery of the program, ensuring timelines, budgets, and delivery stay on track throughout the project lifecycle.\nTo succeed in this position, the Project Manager must be able to manage many moving parts simultaneously, bringing structure and process to the program, while bringing ideas and creativity to their work each day.\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLeading complex, cross-functional projects\nWorking closely with Account Management, Strategy, and Creative services teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. \nSimultaneous management of multiple work streams within their project.\nCollaborate with partner agency to effectively deliver work and adhere to project timelines.\nProject Management & Delivery\nDeveloping project SOWs (in partnership with Account Management), creating and maintaining detailed workback schedules, and managing project budgets. \nOversee day-to-day progress across multiple projects, proactively identifying risks or blockers throughout the project lifecycle and helping resolve to keep the project on track.\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, including project plan, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests, and resource requests.\nMonitor project health and budgets, proactively flagging any risks. \nLead project post-mortem to identify learnings, efficiencies, and project improvements. \nStakeholder Communications\nProviding clear and accurate communication, materials, and documentation to the team and clients.\nParticipating in weekly working sessions with client teams, providing project status, answering client questions, and effectively resolving any issues at all stages and levels of the project. \nLeading weekly internal team meetings, internal reviews, and status meetings. \nConduct rigorous follow-ups to stay on the critical path, ensuring communication of project status to all key stakeholders on a regular established basis\nProcess & Quality Assurance\nSupporting the adoption and continuous improvement of standardized processes.\nMaintaining process documentation to ensure accuracy. \nGathering and organizing all client-related assets.\nMaintaining continuity, learning, and quality assurance across projects.\nQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:\n4+years of project management experience within creative, marketing, media, or advertising agency environment in an integrated project management role\nProven experience as a project manager (leading) with a solid understanding of project management techniques and methodologies\nMust have a successful track record of campaign work, and a strong understanding of Digital, Social, Content, and delivery at scale.\nStrong creative, strategic, analytical, management, and organizational skills\nMotivated by a fast-moving, collaborative work environment\nSuperior time management skills to ensure deadlines are adhered to\nAbility to actively listen, ensure understanding, and adaptability\nExtremely adept in software applications including G-suite, MS Office, Smartsheet, and
