The solutions support business processes, including applications in areas such as tax and compliance.\nYou will have the opportunity to work with modern AI technologies, contribute to architectural decisions and develop scalable solutions in collaboration with experienced engineers, architects and international stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop and deploy applications powered by LLMs and Agentic AI.\n\nBuild multi-agent systems and AI-driven workflows.\n\nDevelop, implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.\n\nIntegrate AI components with external tools, APIs and business systems.\n\nContribute to AI platforms and reusable components used across multiple teams.\n\nEnsure the quality, scalability, performance and reliability of production AI solutions.\n\nCollaborate with architects, Data Engineers and business stakeholders.\n\nFor senior and lead-level positions, contribute to technical architecture and guide engineering decisions.\n\nRequirements\nStrong Python programming skills and experience building production-ready applications.\n\nHands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.\n\nPractical knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar tools.\n\nExperience designing and implementing RAG architectures.\n\nExperience developing AI agents, orchestrating workflows and integrating external tools.\n\nUnderstanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an advantage.\n\nAt least 2–3 years of experience in enterprise environments or projects of comparable complexity.\n\nVery good English, allowing effective communication with international technical and business teams.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, independence and the ability to work collaboratively.\n\nNice to have\nExperience designing enterprise-level AI architectures.\n\nKnowledge of Databricks and AI integration with data platforms.\n\nExperience working with US-based clients or international enterprise projects.\n\nPrevious experience as a Tech Lead or AI Architect.\n\nExperience deploying and maintaining multi-agent systems in production.\n\nWhat we offer\nThe
