The solutions support business applications and AI systems used for data analysis and document preparation.\nYou will work with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, building reliable data pipelines and scalable data architectures in an enterprise environment.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain data integration and processing solutions.\n\nBuild, optimize and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.\n\nWork with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.\n\nProcess, transform and integrate data from multiple business systems.\n\nBuild data layers that support business applications and AI solutions.\n\nEnsure data quality, consistency, performance and reliability.\n\nCollaborate with AI Engineers, architects and business stakeholders.\n\nContribute to scalable data architecture design for enterprise environments.\n\nRequirements\nHands-on experience in Data Engineering and developing production-ready solutions.\n\nStrong SQL and Python programming skills.\n\nExperience with at least one of the following platforms: Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.\n\nUnderstanding of Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures.\n\nPractical experience designing and developing ETL/ELT processes.\n\nExperience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources.\n\nAt least 2–3 years of experience in enterprise environments or projects of comparable scale and complexity.\n\nVery good English communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with PySpark and Apache Spark.\n\nKnowledge of large-scale data platform architectures.\n\nExperience preparing data for AI applications, LLMs or RAG systems.\n\nExperience working with financial, tax or regulatory data.\n\nPrevious experience as a Lead Data Engineer or Data Architect.\n\nWhat we offer\nThe opportunity to
