and execute the product strategy in alignment with business objectives.\n\nManage a portfolio of business processes and technology solutions within the assigned product area.\n\nDevelop and communicate the long-term product vision and roadmap.\n\nIdentify business opportunities, process improvements, and transformation initiatives.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product initiatives.\n\nCoordinate multiple teams responsible for product development and maintenance.\n\nManage Product Owners responsible for individual product components or workstreams.\n\nPrioritize initiatives and make decisions regarding the product roadmap.\n\nMonitor product performance and ensure the achievement of business objectives.\n\nEnsure architectural, process, and organizational consistency across the product area.\n\nPromote a product-oriented culture and support the organization's transition from a project-based to a product-led operating model.\n\nRequirements:\nSeveral years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or in a similar strategic role.\n\nProven track record of building and developing digital products or business and technology domains.\n\nStrong experience in defining product vision, developing roadmaps, and managing business priorities.\n\nExperience working with senior management and multiple stakeholder groups.\n\nStrong leadership skills and experience managing Product Owners or product workstream leads.\n\nExcellent understanding of business processes and how they translate into technology solutions.\n\nExperience in an organization transitioning from a project-based to a product-led operating model is an advantage.\n\nExperience in the retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage.\n\nKnowledge of SAP environments and business processes supported by SAP, such as Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Retail, or Logistics, is a strong advantage.\n\nTech stack\nProduct
