professional experience in SAP CO / Controlling\n\nStrong experience in SAP CO configuration\n\nAt least 3–5 full-cycle SAP implementation projects\n\nExperience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA\n\nPractical experience with S/4HANA transformation projects, preferably Bluefield\n\nStrong understanding of controlling processes and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions\n\nExperience working on complex, enterprise-scale SAP programmes\n\nEnergy sector experience is highly desirable \n\nWillingness to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week\n\nFlexibility for occasional business travel\n\nFluent English\n\nYour responsibilities\nParticipation in the analysis and design phase of the SAP transformation\n\nAnalysis of existing ECC controlling processes and their preparation for the S/4HANA environment\n\nSAP CO configuration and solution design\n\nGathering and analysing business requirements\n\nCooperation with business stakeholders and other SAP workstreams\n\nSupporting the design and implementation of the Bluefield transformation\n\nParticipation in testing, migration and implementation activities\n\nEnsuring alignment between business requirements and SAP CO functionality\n\nCooperation with the Program Manager, CO leadership and other project teams\n\nSupporting the project throughout its subsequent
