AI-generated recommendations support the team's daily work, while human review and decision-making remain essential.\nWe are looking for someone who combines strong Scrum and Agile expertise with practical experience using the BMAD Method or working within BMAD-based processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve Agile processes.\n\nSupport the adoption of AI-assisted workflows within the development team.\n\nCoordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task estimation supported by AI.\n\nReview and validate AI-generated estimates, recommendations, and planning outputs.\n\nCollaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure effective sprint execution.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve team efficiency through process automation.\n\nPromote transparency, continuous improvement, and accountability across the team.\n\nEnsure that AI-supported processes align with team goals and delivery expectations.\n\nRequirements\nProven experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.\n\nHands-on experience with the BMAD Method (Breakthrough Method for Agile AI-Driven Development) or practical involvement in BMAD-based workflows.\n\nUnderstanding of AI-driven automation in Agile processes, particularly sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task estimation.\n\nExperience working with AI-assisted workflows and reviewing automated outputs.\n\nStrong knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and software delivery practices.\n\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to support development teams working with modern AI-assisted delivery practices.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with AI agents or agent-based workflow automation.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted backlog management, user story generation, or automated estimation.\n\nExperience introducing or improving AI-supported Agile practices within development teams.\n\nImportant\nThis role is focused on Agile delivery and team facilitation, not AI development.
