Our staff have a rich experience of international know-how with a deep knowledge of Ethiopia’s dynamic and exciting market.\n\nIT Support Officer\n\nAbout the Job\n\nPurpose of the Job: \n\nInstalling and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nApply the maintenance procedure to maintain and troubleshot IT equipment.\n\nProvide technical support to end users in respective locations (this may be in person or over the phone).\n\nResponding in timely manner to the service issues and maintenance requests comes from end-users.\n\nInstall and configure computer hardware operating systems, application printers and scanners.\n\nMonitor and troubleshot networks and its peripheral and give proper support.\n\nEnsure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructures such as servers and network connections, besides hardware and software infrastructures.\n\nRequest and distribute IT Equipment’s to employee based on IT policy.\n\nTake ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.\n\nReport complex system, networking, or maintenance problems to IT Team Leader/IT Manager.\n\nEnsure all IT infrastructure and computers are protected from Viruses and Malwares.\n\nParticipate in the networking and network installation activities in respective location.\n\nGive support on ERP(SYSPRO) request comes from end-users and follow up the update of the system.\n\nGive light IT maintenance service to IT devices and office electronic materials upon request come from all end-Users.\n\nEnsure that the company’s data and information are protected from unauthorized access.\n\nPerforms other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.\n\nAbout You\n\nEducation:\n\nTVET Level III in ICT or Computer Science or related fields with Competency Certification.\n\nExperience:\n\n4 Years of Work
