Resource Planning (ERP) system.\nCoordinate with the relevant departments to ensure that goods and services are procured according to approved specifications, required quantities, budgets, and delivery schedules.\nIdentify, assess, and maintain a database of reliable suppliers capable of providing quality goods and services at competitive prices.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with preferred suppliers to improve procurement efficiency, product quality, delivery time, and cost-effectiveness.\nObtain quotations from suppliers and conduct price comparisons in accordance with the company's procurement requirements.\nNegotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other contractual conditions within the limits of delegated authority.\nMaintain updated supplier records, price lists, product catalogues, and contact information.\nConduct supplier performance evaluations based on price, quality, reliability, responsiveness, and delivery performance.\nRequirements\nEducation:\nBA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management or related fields.\nExperience:\n2 years of work experience in Supply Chain or Procurement Officer or related
