In this role, you’ll take accountability for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our portfolio of holiday homes, ensuring every property is safe, well maintained, and guest-ready.\nThis is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for a practical, multi-skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship across a range of properties.\nYour mission\nAs our new Maintenance Technician, your mission is to deliver high-quality, hands-on maintenance and repair works across our properties - ensuring owners feel supported and our guests enjoy an amazing stay, every time. You’ll play a key role locally by taking ownership of routine and reactive maintenance, while always looking for efficient and effective ways to maintain high standards.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nDeliver hands-on maintenance across our managed holiday homes\n\nComplete basic plumbing repairs (e.g. leaks, taps, toilets)\n\nCarry out basic electrical tasks within your competency (e.g. replacing fittings, fault-finding)\n\nDeliver painting and decorating works, including:\nPreparing surfaces, filling and sanding\n\nPainting walls, ceilings, and woodwork\n\nMaking good and completing refresh works following repairs\n\nUndertake general multi-trade maintenance and minor building repairs\n\nComplete small joinery repairs such as doors, hinges, and frames where required\n\nWork alongside and liaise with third-party maintenance suppliers when specialist support is required\n\nEnsure all completed work complies with health & safety procedures and company standards\n\nIdentify maintenance issues and escalate works beyond your skillset where necessary\n\nWho we’re looking for\nYou’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy being hands-on, solving problems proactively, and working across a variety of properties where no two days are the same.
