Working across Marketing, Ecommerce, Product and Commercial teams, you'll combine deep analytical expertise with commercial thinking to identify opportunities that improve conversion, increase revenue and enhance customer experience. Your mission Your mission is to maximise digital conversion performance across the Awaze portfolio by turning customer behaviour into commercially actionable insight. You'll own the analysis of customer journeys from acquisition through to booking, identifying friction points, diagnosing performance issues and providing evidence-based recommendations that improve conversion and commercial outcomes.
