Purpose of Position
Our Account Management Team is looking for a new Global Key Account Manager to come and work on the affiliate programmes for advertisers ranging across different verticals including retail and travel. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical and strategic skills. You will have exposure to large brands and receive in-depth training across multiple subjects with the opportunity to collaborate within a team as well as internationally on wider projects.
The role will involve bringing innovation and strategy to all campaigns and maintaining engagement with clients and publishers alike in order to deliver sophisticated results. As a result, this role is perfect for anyone looking to push forward their career within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

- Work location: Hybrid in Stockholm (3 days per week)

Key Tasks
You are responsible for the growth and service level delivery of an account or portfolio of accounts.
- Manage accounts with specific features (i.e: Core, premium or bespoke) with a focus on affiliate programs for industry advertisers (sectors vary).
- Have a proactive consultative selling approach to achieve growth within your portfolio, by building a solid relationship with clients
- Manages client related budgets & regularly discuss face-to-face with clients based on SLA. You provide strategic advice, generate performance reports, optimize affiliate activities, build client roadmaps, and maintain publisher relationships to grow affiliate revenues.

Skills & Expertise
- 2+ years of solid experience within the performance marketing industry
- Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English, written and orally
- Experience of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Reporting Services) and strong user skills in Excel and PPT
- Strong customer focus and service attitude with a proactive client consulting approach
- Confident escalation and conflict management even faced with more complex technical and client related challenges
- Stress resistance and self management
- Analytical skills to translate business needs into actions
- Sales attitude, strong persuasive skills and very good sales techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and structured and target-oriented working method
