In this critical role, you will offer expert legal guidance to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws while safeguarding the organization’s interests. Your expertise will help navigate complex legal landscapes, providing strategic advice for various projects and initiatives that align with our mission of excellence in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer comprehensive legal support across various business functions, including contract law, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate all legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and project developments.
• Represent the company in legal negotiations, mediations, and conflict resolutions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a legal education along with formal training in diverse areas of law.

• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in real estate and corporate law.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations relevant to real estate and business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
