and compare prices, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms.\nNegotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable commercial terms within the assigned authority.\nPrepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders after obtaining the necessary approvals.\nMonitor supplier deliveries to ensure that materials, equipment, and supplies arrive on time.\nCoordinate with warehouse and technical teams to verify the quality, quantity, and specifications of delivered items.\nReview supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts, coordinating with the Finance Department to complete payment procedures.\nFollow up on delayed deliveries, shortages, incorrect items, and discrepancies in specifications, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues.\nPrepare periodic procurement reports covering purchasing activities, supplier quotations, pending orders, and delayed deliveries.\nMaintain accurate and organized procurement records, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.\nMonitor and evaluate supplier performance based on pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with agreed terms.\nMonitor market prices and identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.\nCoordinate with technical, operational, and warehouse departments to ensure the timely availability of required materials and supplies.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.\nExperience in sourcing materials, equipment, and supplies and managing supplier relationships.\nStrong knowledge of procurement procedures, purchase orders, quotation evaluation, and supplier negotiations.\nAbility to compare quotations and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using ERP or procurement systems.\nStrong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage
