management.\nImplement Agile or similar methodologies to optimize project management.\nWork closely with clients to understand their specific needs, ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.\nFoster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for technical solutions.\nAssist in the development and management of engineering project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nyears of progressive experience in engineering, including 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.\nProven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.\nStrong leadership and mentoring abilities to develop engineering talent.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP or Scrum Master certification.\nFamiliarity with emerging technologies such as, WIFI, 5G , IoT, and Industry
